| John C. Brooks is Sales and Marketing Director for the Notley Information Service. The Notley Service is a technical global timing service that deals with stocks, bonds, commodities and currencies. With over 38 years as a technical analyst, he brings a world of knowledge to the conference. John C. Brooks co-founded the Market Technicians' Association in the US and the International Federation of Technical Analysts as well. He is the past President and Chairman of the Board of both organizations. He is currently Chairman of the MTA's Educational Foundation which conducts university level classes on technical analysis in the US. | |
